A while back I started a project I termed “Project Pickle” as a life raft for NSFW bloggers if Tumblr ever decided to nuke NSFW content. Well, the time has come.
Attached are development previews from the work in progress site. Pickle would be a community for content creators to share their posts without restrictions on explicit content, enforcing an 18+ requirement.
I may even be able to implement a system where you can upload your Tumblr backup and continue as if nothing ever happened.
If you guys think this is a project worth perusing, REBLOG THIS POST! It might give me the motivation I need to finish it up.

Parents should monitor their children, not the app itself. You’ll be losing a large amount of your feed, Tumblr, that’s a rookie mistake for an app as big as this one since it’s he only one to allow nudity which is the only thing that truly sets it apart from its competitors.
Agreed. It has a filter on it already so it wouldn’t be all that difficult to program a parental lock for those with concern for child viewing
